Regular registration fees include: Conference materials, all sessions and breaks, Welcome reception, continental breakfasts, Bellwether finalists recognition reception, and Bellwether Awards luncheon. In addition, every attendee will receive a copy of Keynote presenter’ book.
Spouse/Guest registration fees include: Welcome reception, Bellwether finalists recognition reception and Bellwether Awards luncheon

DO NOT send registration materials to the CCFA office!
Send them to the UF Dept. of Conferences and Seminars — the address is noted on the registration form. Sending them to the CCFA office may cause a delay or even the loss of your registration materials.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given to any registrant who submits a written cancellation by December 26, 2016. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after December 26, 2016, and “no-shows” will not be refunded; however, a substitute attendee is permitted.
EFT Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Electronic Funds Transfer. If you will be paying by EFT, please contact the UF Conference Department. This does not apply to credit or debit card payments.
